We had an incredible 3 nights at Greg and Maylen’s home and just wish we could have stayed longer! The pics don’t do it justice, and the house had absolutely everything we could want for a “home away from home” stay. The pool was clean and warm and the kids loved playing in it after a day of hiking in the hills; it was an easy drive then walk to the walk of fame and in the perfect location for universal studios. I would absolutely come back if I was in the area. Perfect for our family of 5. We had a small issue in that I locked us out of the house by accident (my mistake); and Maylen worked tirelessly to fix it and had us back in within an hour - she was super responsive and great to deal with. The home was just perfect.

Perfect placement if you and your family are going to Universal Studios. The only way to be closer is by side the park. The parking is tough if you’re not used to city life. But the whole point was to be within walking distance of Universal. The place is nice, minimalistic-modern. Deceptively large also. The shower in the main bedroom is phenomenal. Would very highly recommend for a family going to Universal. You do not want to be fighting that traffic

This is a special house: it is very comfortable, has a million dollar view of the LA skyline, and offers a unique little "tree house" studio up the hill behind the main house. The home is comfortable, light and airy, with a deck to enjoy for morning coffee and an evening glass of wine. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, but it is close to all that Silver Lake has to offer. In short, it's a great place to stay!

Maylen and Greg hospitality is literally unmatched. They were such a great help to my team and I and were very quick to respond with whatever questions we had. The property was also very beautiful and quiet. I would definitely book again but next time it will be for a vacation. THANKS MAYLEN AND GREG!!!! 10,000/10

Greg and Maylen's home was absolutely beautiful - straight out of a home design magazine. We stayed at the house with two families, including tweens and teens, and had a wonderful time swimming, watching movies in the theater, hanging out in the well-lit kitchen and living rooms, as well as enjoying the incredible roof where we watched fourth of July fireworks and ate a few meals. Stunning home and within walking distance to Abbot Kinney restaurants and shops as well as a Barry's, supermarkets, etc. The house is spacious, well-appointed and clean with lots of built ins for clothes too. Greg and Maylen were very thoughtful, communicative and responsive. We celebrated a reunion with our friends as well as three birthday and the location and house couldn't have been better. Highly recommend!

I had a great stay last night! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. Check-in was smooth and the host was very responsive and welcoming. The amenities provided made the stay feel thoughtful and easy. Whether you’re passing through or planning a longer visit, I would definitely recommend this spot and would stay here again. I stayed with my family from out of town and we had a great time! Lots to do with in 15min. Maylen was always very responsive any time I had a question, responding in about 10min every time. thank you!

This house has everything you could ask for - an excellent location, clear and responsive communication, great flexibility, amenities, and plenty of space. It made our stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. Loved the pool. And the playroom was a nice additional perk. Highly recommended!

Greg and Maylen's place was one of the better AirBNB experiences we've had as a family. The place was very clean and the pantry was very well stocked along with all of the kitchen tools you could possibly want. Accomodation-wise, we were able to get nine people comfortably situated with plenty of sheet and towels for all. The pool was a huge hit with lots of inflatables, toys and lounge chairs, a great way to relax with after a day at the Getty and other nearby attractions in LA (even in traffic). The main part of Venice Beach is an easy drive so we availed ourselves of that as well. Communication with Maylen was flawless- normally I would be asking lots of questions and perhaps wondering where things are but in this case, I didn't need to ask Maylen for anything- I would highly recommend a stay here!
