Here are just a few of its highlights: - Effortless navigation with everything on one level - Rest easy on the memory foam beds in each room - A versatile 5th bedroom, converted from a garage, equipped with its own AC window unit - Stay connected with high-speed internet and smart TVs - Enjoy a convenient and seamless stay! - Large kitchen Soak up the sun and enjoy a warm dip in the pool or jacuzzi! Heating is available for an additional fee of $100 per night. If you prefer to have the pool heated before your arrival, we can arrange for a member of our team to take care of it in the morning of your check-in for a one-time fee of $100. Keep in mind that heating the pool can take anywhere from 5-10 hours or more, depending on the outside temperature. The jacuzzi, on the other hand, can be heated within 45 minutes to an hour. Please note, you can only heat either the pool or the jacuzzi at a time, not both simultaneously. Check-in and checkout times: We're happy to offer early check-in or late checkout if we can, but it depends on availability. There is an extra fee of $50 per hour. Pets are welcome! But there's a $250 fee per pet, and we need to approve it first, so just message us the details. 24/7 Availability: Myself or my assistant is always available to assist you, 24/7. Other Details to Note
Please keep in mind: our pool is surrounded by beautiful nature, which can sometimes lead to leaves and twigs ending up in the water. On windy days, there may be more leaves than usual, but we do have a week pool cleaning service to keep it in tip-top shape. We do keep a pool net there just in case you need to use it. We also have a weekly gardener service to maintain the beautiful nature in the surroundings in its best shape. Pool service is every Friday. Garden service takes place every Monday. Please remember that the pool and amenities are for your enjoyment, but they’re used at your own risk. For safety, children under 13 must always be directly supervised by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult. While we do our best to keep everything safe and enjoyable, homeowners and managers cannot be held responsible for accidents, injuries, or health-related issues that may occur. We kindly ask all guests to respect these guidelines — failure to follow them may result in being asked to leave the property without a refund. Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside or outside the house, including the backyard and pool area. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our property smoke-free. This is also a fire hazard zone so no fire anywhere outside please. To abide by local legal requirements, you may be asked to complete a secure verification portal by providing a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirming your contact information and sharing the purpose of your stay. The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. By making a reservation, you acknowledge that you may be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in. You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed verification steps in our guest portal.
