Such an amazing host, a beautiful Airbnb and a lovely stay. Hosts were so incredibly helpful and responded to our questions super quickly and were always kind. It was the perfect place to stay with our family for the weekend, the property is beautiful and the house itself was very clean and tidy upon arrival. We loved absolutely everything about this Airbnb and host.

We had a wonderful stay at Maylen and Greg’s place. The location is fantastic — close to iconic LA sights, as well as beautiful trails and quiet residential neighborhoods in the Hollywood Hills. Unlike many corporate-style Airbnbs, this home has character. The pool was lovely and we especially enjoyed the retro vibe. The space was clean, spacious and very quiet, with comfortable beds and beautiful natural light throughout. It’s a relaxing place to stay. What made our visit outstanding was the prompt and friendly communication with Maylen. She was a pleasure to interact with. We had no issues at all during our stay — only positive things to say.

We had a wonderful stay here with our kids! We really appreciated the chance to enjoy the sunshine, and the pool, hot tub, and backyard setup made it perfect for relaxing and spending time together as a family. Greg and Maylen were excellent hosts, very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The location was also great, close to good restaurants and ideal for walks in a beautiful neighborhood. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely consider staying again on our next trip to LA.

I was in LA with some family and friends and needed a place to stay large enough for our group of six and also in a good location for what we had planned. This place was perfect for our group and had everything we needed! Everything was clearly instructed, very clean, and had all the amenities we could ask for. Maylen was also super friendly from the very beginning and was able to help out with any request I had while staying. The response time was also very quick. I couldn’t have asked for anything more while visiting!

Our stay here was absolutely spectacular! The house is beautifully designed, but the real star of the show is the breathtaking view of downtown Los Angeles. Whether we were starting our morning with a fresh cup of coffee or winding down at night with a glass of wine, the outdoor seating area became our favorite spot. Watching the city lights sparkle with my in-laws was a highlight of our trip—it’s the kind of view that photos just can’t do justice. The location was perfect, providing a peaceful retreat while still feeling connected to the energy of the city. If you’re looking for a place with style, comfort, and a view that will stay with you long after you leave, this is it.

Our family was going to La for a family reunion @ Los Encinos Historic Park and Greg and Marlen’s place was only 13 mins from the event, It was pretty cool driving on Ventura Blvd, the restaurants were in walking distance and loved that the house had a pool and hot tub we could enjoy on our little family vacation. If you love ❤️ coffee there was a cute little cafe walking distance from the house. It was very cozy and relaxing made our much needed vacation memorable! De La Osa - Torres Family

I’ve stayed at locations hired by Greg and Maylen a few times now, and every time it’s been a dream. There locations are fun and luxurious. Beautifully decorated and high end appliances. Anytime we go to LA area my first message goes to Greg and Maylen to see what they have available for my dates and desired location. This location specifically, plenty of room for 13 of us. Each room with its own bathroom. The pool / spa is beautiful, and the rooftop outdoor kitchen and firepit area were a favorite hang out with beautiful sunsets. Absolutely a must stay if you are looking for an upscale Air BnB that has room for a large group.
