Had a short family reunion at Greg and Maylen’s stay and it was the perfect place for our bigger group. I would highly recommend their rental. Everything was as described and the communication was excellent. Thanks

A peaceful and enjoyable stay. The house is located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood, yet just a one-minute walk from the shops and restaurants in downtown Sherman Oaks. The beds were very comfortable, and we appreciated having both a small and a larger living room to relax in. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped. Like many downtown areas, the street is quite narrow, so when curb parking was full, we occasionally had to wait for cars to pass in the opposite direction. Street parking is limited, so having a private driveway was a big plus—it was just wide enough to fit our minivan with enough room to comfortably get in and out. The hot tub takes about 6 to 8 hours to heat to 100 degrees if it’s not already plugged in and turned on, so plan ahead if you want to use it right away. Overall, a great place—we’d definitely stay here again. Maylen was always friendly, and super responsive to any questions or issues we had!
