We'd like to share some important details to make sure your experience is a wonderful one. - Enjoy a cozy, one-level living experience in our 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom house with 6 beds - Sink into a good night's sleep with our comfortable memory foam beds - Stay connected with ease, thanks to our high-speed internet and smart TV's - Board games for the whole family We can't wait to host you and make sure you have an unforgettable experience! Pool and Jacuzzi Heating: If you'd like to enjoy a warm swim or soak, we offer pool and Jacuzzi heating for an additional $100 per night. If you'd like us to heat the pool before your arrival, just let us know and we'll send someone on our team to do so in the morning. Please note, the pool can take anywhere from 5-10+ hours to heat up, depending on the outside temperature, and the Jacuzzi takes about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Keep in mind, you can only heat one at a time, either the pool or the spa, not both. Safety First: For your safety, we have installed a pool safety fence around our pool/spa area. This fence is not shown in our listing photos, but it is there to keep children safe until a responsible adult is around to supervise. We appreciate your understanding of this important safety measure. Check-in and checkout times: We're happy to offer early check-in or late checkout if we can, but it depends on availability. There is an extra fee of $50 per hour. Pets are welcome! But there's a $250 fee per pet, and we need to approve it first, so just message us the details. 24/7 Availability: Myself or my assistant is always available to assist you, 24/7. If you have any questions, just let us know! We're here to make sure you have an enjoyable stay. FAQ Why does the price change? Don't worry, it's just our dynamic pricing software working its magic. It adjusts rates based on demand and other factors to make sure you get the best value. Can you tell me more about the Noiseaware system? Absolutely! The Noiseaware gadget is a helpful tool that lets us know if the noise level inside and outside the property goes above a certain level(to prevent party level noise). It's just a noise monitor, not a recording device, so your privacy is always respected. It's solely to prevent parties as Los Angeles County is very strict with this. The pool has some leaves and twigs, what can you do about it? Our pool is surrounded by beautiful nature, which can sometimes lead to leaves and twigs ending up in the water. On windy days, there may be more leaves than usual, but we do have a weekly pool cleaning service to keep it in tip-top shape. In the meantime, you're welcome to use the pool net to remove any leaves or twigs you may find. Do you have enough serving dishes and utensils for big groups? Yes, we have enough utensils for up to 16 guests, so you're all set for a big gathering! Can we book a 1-night stay? Unfortunately, our minimum stay is 2 nights during weekdays and 3 nights during the weekends. Can we request for a towel change? We don't offer hotel-style amenities, but we do provide one regular towel and one pool towel for each guest for the entire stay. If you need clean towels, you're welcome to use our washing and drying machines. Can you explain the pool heating rates? Sure thing! The pool heating rate is $100 per day. If you're staying for 5 nights, for example, it would be $500. If you want to start heating the pool on the 2nd day, you'll only pay from that day onward. If you'd like us to heat the pool before your arrival, just add an additional $100 to the rate. Do you offer discounts on pool heating rates? Unfortunately, we don't offer discounts on pool heating rates. Our rates are already lower than most other pool houses, many of which charge between $100-$150 per day, so this is the best price we can offer. How do I operate the pool/Jacuzzi? Don't worry, it's super easy! Once you've paid for the pool heating, we'll send you a video with instructions on how to use the pool and spa. Just follow the video, and you'll be all set. Is there a smoking room or is smoking allowed on the property? I'm sorry, but smoking is not allowed anywhere inside or outside the house, including the backyard and pool area. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our property smoke-free. This is also a fire hazard zone so no fire anywhere outside please. We hope that answers all your questions! On windy days, there may be more leaves than usual, but we do have a twice a week pool cleaning service to keep it in tip-top shape. We do keep a pool net there just in case you need to use it. We also have a weekly gardener service to maintain the beautiful nature in the surroundings in its best shape. Pool service is every Tuesday and Friday. Garden service takes place every Tuesday. Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside or outside the house, including the backyard and pool area. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our property smoke-free. This is also a fire hazard zone so no fire anywhere outside please. By making a reservation, you acknowledge that you may be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in. You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed verification steps in our guest portal.
