We'd like to share some important details to make sure your experience is a wonderful one. - Enjoy a cozy, one-level living experience in our 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom house with 6 beds. - Sink into a good night's sleep with our comfortable memory foam beds. - Stay connected with ease, thanks to our high-speed internet and smart TV's equipped with Netflix - Board games for the whole family - Productivity-friendly stay with dedicated work spaces in two bedrooms - Dine-in options abound in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen - Enjoy peace and privacy in your own personal oasis with enclosed walls and lush greenery We can't wait to host you and make sure you have an unforgettable experience! Pool Heating: If you'd like to enjoy a warm swim or soak, we offer pool heating for an additional $100 per night. If you'd like us to heat the pool before your arrival, just let us know and we'll send someone on our team to do so in the morning. Please note, the pool can take anywhere from 5-10+ hours to heat up, depending on the outside temperature. Check-in and checkout times: We're happy to offer early check-in or late checkout if we can, but it depends on availability. There is an extra fee of $50 per hour. Pets are welcome! But there's a $250 fee per pet, and we need to approve it first, so just message us the details. 24/7 Availability: Myself or my assistant is always available to assist you, 24/7. Other Details to Note
Please keep in mind: our pool is surrounded by beautiful nature, which can sometimes lead to leaves and twigs ending up in the water. On windy days, there may be more leaves than usual, but we do have a week pool cleaning service to keep it in tip-top shape. We do keep a pool net there just in case you need to use it. We also have a weekly gardener service to maintain the beautiful nature in the surroundings in its best shape. Pool service is every Tuesday. Garden service takes place every Tuesday. Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside or outside the house, including the backyard and pool area. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our property smoke-free. This is also a fire hazard zone so no fire anywhere outside please.
