My friends and I stayed at Greg and Maylen's home for my best friend's Bachlorette weekend. It was the perfect place to create these beautiful memories and was big enough to accomodate us all with generous room. I had the master bedroom - which was EXTREMELY comfy by the way. We had some issues with the pool heating, but Greg and Maylen were very attentive and responsive, they offered to reimburse our pool heating costs when it didn't go as planned. I'd definitely stay here again & recommend it to all!

The house was beautiful and the backyard was even better with a great view. The rooms were nice and spacious, and the ceilings were tall. It was a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. I had a lovely experience and would definitely recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at Maylen’s place! The home was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, and the neighborhood felt safe and peaceful. Maylen was an amazing host — kind, responsive, and thoughtful throughout my stay. I truly appreciated her hospitality and all the little details that made me feel at home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend her place to anyone visiting the area!

This is a nice and large condo across the street from the Universal entrance. A quick walk and you're there. The place is very nice with a huge TV and kitchen area. Definitely recommend for a larger group going to Universal. The hosts provided detailed check-in instructions, and were friendly and proactive in their messaging. Overall a great experience.

Just want to take the time and say thank you to Maylen&Greg. Great host, their place is amazing. We booked two of their properties to accommodate our group last minute since our original reservations was canceled by Airbnb. From the very beginning, they were very helpful and responsive. We had a couple issues with heating of the pool and batteries for remote controls but they took care of it promptly by sending someone to fix the issues. The photos don't do justice, place is much bigger. There was an alley way that connected the houses and it gave us easy access to both homes. All in all. we had a great time staying at their homes and we will definitely stay there again when we visit LA.

Was my second time staying at Maylens and won’t be the last. Beautiful views everyday and night! House is spacious and having ensuite in every bedroom makes getting ready for the night out amazingly easy. Studio City is a great location with everything you need all around you. The pool is a great way to unwind after a day out and before you need to get ready for the night. 10000000% recommend this property.

Firstly, Maylen is THE BEST HOST! She checked in with us frequently and made sure we were on! The place is very very large and perfect for a girl’s getaway, bridal party, family gatherings. The pool is perfect size and the view is gorgeous! Had a great time staying here!

Great location with a good view. Jack and Maylen were quick to respond when we had questions. The house is located in Hollywood hills in a very hilly neighborhood and was clean. There was plenty of room for the five of us traveling on this trip.

great proximity to universal, we walked there and back 3 days. Condo/loft was clean, we take our shoes off at home and followed the rules here as well, white socks stayed white, I was very impressed. Very responsive hosts to answer any questions. We will stay here again.

The place was exactly how it was described. Walkable to Ventura with lots of great restaurants. Although close to Ventura, it was very peaceful in the yard and home. I would definitely recommend to anybody looking for a great place to stay. Would definitely book again. Maylen and Greg very nice and responsive
